Philip Cook

Philip and LaVonne Cook have two children, Donna & Jody. They have attended Grace Bible Chapel for 12 years.

Phil attended Grace Bible Chapel growing up. Between church, Bible School and Bible Camp he came to know Jesus as his Savior.

Phil worked many places including Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Michigan, St. Paul, Minnesota, Texas, Florida and back to Minnesota. He retired back home in Grand Rapids in 1997 and said it is great to be home. Phil worked as a professional pilot for 40 years.

Philip’s favorite bible verse in Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. To me, this answers all my questions and gives me all my responsibilities to take care of what was created for us!

Phil said he has been married to LaVonne for 50 years, which is also one of God’s provisions for them.
