Introducing Dr. Donald Mingo

This morning we welcomed Dr. Don Mingo and his wife Kathy to Grace Bible Chapel. Dr. Mingo is visiting this weekend as a candidate for the position of Senior Pastor. He and his wife were introduced to the congregation at the Sunday morning worship service, where he also spoke from the Word of God. The sermon was on the marks of a good church; a church built of the solid rock of truth - Jesus Christ. Dr. Mingo will be back at the evening service for questions and answers from members of the church. The Mingo's have three sons: Donald, Daniel, and Dennis. The family served as missionaries to South-Africa for twenty years, and the boys (now in their twenties) are all serving in the ministry around the U.S. Dr. Donald Mingo is currently a Senior Pastor at Chapel Hill Church in Eagan, where he also serves as a volunteer fire-fighter. He loves hunting, family life, missions and people. A congregational vote on Dr. Mingo is expected two weeks after an elder-board approval this coming week.
